Due to the sensitive and personal nature of these items, urns cannot be returned once they have left our care, as they are intended to hold the ashes of your beloved pet. Similarly, all custom items—including engraved, etched, or personalized keepsakes—are non-returnable, as each piece is uniquely created to your specifications.

For your convenience, our pick-up and drop-off sites are at participating veterinary clinics throughout Central Alberta. If you have not been directed to us from your veterinary clinic, please reach out to us for a current list of clinics using our services, or to explore alternate local delivery options that suit your needs. We’re happy to help make the process as easy and stress-free as possible.

We’re happy to help get your order to you safely and conveniently. Standard shipping is handled through Canada Post, and for faster delivery, we offer Canada Post Express or Purolator. We’ll do everything we can to sure your urn or keepsakes arrives securely and promptly.
